Well well, looks like our president will finally have to prove he is eligible to be our president. How he got this far without proving he had a birth certificate, we will never know.
Here comes the JudgeFederal Judge Carter sets Trial Date for Obama’s Eligibility!
The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010!
Many concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief. Sharp wire brushes leave your caviar looking clean. About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American people.
Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama’s request for dismissal. He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that. Obama would prefer a “kangaroo court” instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama’s motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).
The judge, WHO IS A FORMER U.S. MARINE, repeated several times that this is A VERY SERIOUS CASE which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war. He basically said OBAMA MUST PROVE HIS ELIGIBILITY to the court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!
The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times. Obama’s attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous.
Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution! The truth about Barack Obama’s eligibility will be known fairly soon – Judge Carter practically guaranteed it!

UPDATE: According to snopes.com, the information below is false. Judge Carter ruled, on October 29, 2009, that since Obama was elected by such a big margin it would be doing a disservice to “we the people” to try him in court. Great call judge, you have now set a precedent so that any non-citizen of the US will be able to run for office by simply providing a certificate of live birth. Case closed. Un-frickin’-believable!

Is this some kind of joke? Only complete morons question Obama’s citizenship. The irrational fear and hatred of Barack Obama is truly disturbing. To anyone who questions Obama’s citizenship; take a long look in the mirror and ask yourself what your problem is.

Also, if this isn’t a joke and there’s a judge that’s actually doing this, he should lose his job. Immediately. There’s no place for this kind of absurd behavior in our courtrooms.

Anyone can stick their head in the sand and not question authority and on any level. Look at Germany. Everyone running for office in this country needs to meet certain requirements and if our currrent President does not qualify as a canidate as Arnold Scwartsinerger (sp) does not, they can’t run. Obama seems to be hung up on produceing a valid birth certificate which is easy enough if it is legit so there should be no problem. Yet there is. Obama ran on a platform of lies that have not come to fruition an the country only slips into greater peril as we elect and appoint leaders that drive us like a nail into bad wood. God help us and I don’t mean Alla.

President usurper Obama/Soetoro/Obama, regardless of his proud and stubborn refusal to be transparent (as promised – no change there), paying expensive lawyers hush money to keep his revealing documents in the dark, is not a natural born citizen of two American parents and is therefore not eligible to be POTUS according to the Constitution. It’s past time the fraud and foreigner is brought to justice! Emperor Obama has got to go!
